The Phia Group, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

According to the notification, The Phia Group detected suspicious activity on its computer network on or about July 9, 2024, which temporarily disrupted system operations. A subsequent forensic investigation determined that certain data may have been accessed or acquired without authorization between July 8 and July 9, 2024. The organization later completed a comprehensive review of the affected data and coordinated consumer notification.
