Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
April 20, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. following a notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine.
According to the notice, Impac identified indications of unauthorized access to its systems on or about March 20, 2024. An investigation determined that an unknown actor may have gained access to certain files and folders between February 21, 2024, and March 20, 2024.

The company has also implemented additional safeguards and is offering affected individuals twelve (12) months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through TransUnion.
