Consero Global LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 18, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving Consero Global LLC, following the company’s filing of a data breach notification with the Attorney General of Maine.
According to the notification sent to affected individuals, Consero Global discovered a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to portions of its network. Upon detecting the issue, the company immediately secured its systems and engaged independent forensic specialists to investigate the scope of the intrusion. The investigation determined that certain files containing personal information may have been accessed and acquired by an unauthorized party.
The types of information impacted vary by individual but may include names and other personal identifiers in combination with sensitive data elements.
Consero Global reports that it has implemented enhanced security measures across its systems, including stronger access controls and expanded monitoring capabilities. To assist impacted individuals, the company is offering 12 months of complimentary Single Bureau Credit Monitoring, which provides same-day alerts for credit file changes, along with dark web monitoring, identity protection services, identity resolution support, and up to $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance. These services are offered through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company specializing in fraud assistance and remediation.
Individuals have been instructed to enroll within 90 days of receiving their notification letter and have been provided access to a dedicated helpline offering support for questions or concerns related to the incident.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Consero Global LLC took appropriate steps to secure the information entrusted to it and whether affected individuals may be entitled to compensation, extended identity monitoring, or other legal remedies.
