October 2, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating the zHealth, Inc. data breach following a report submitted to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (HHS/OCR).

According to the HHS filing, zHealth, Inc., identified as a business associate, reported a Hacking/IT Incident involving a network server that affected 118,563 individuals. The breach was submitted to HHS on July 29, 2026.
