Wong Fleming P.C. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 2, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a recently reported data breach involving Wong Fleming P.C., a law firm based in Princeton, New Jersey.
According to a notice filed with the Maine Attorney General, Wong Fleming discovered unauthorized activity on its computer network on December 14, 2024. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed the network between December 13 and December 14, 2024, and may have copied certain files containing sensitive personal information.
While Wong Fleming reports that it is not aware of any actual or attempted fraud at this time, it has taken steps to secure its network, notified federal law enforcement, and is reviewing its security protocols to reduce the risk of future incidents.
As an added precaution, Wong Fleming is offering affected individuals the opportunity to enroll in complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Experian. Impacted individuals are strongly encouraged to take advantage of these services and remain vigilant by reviewing their account statements and monitoring credit reports for suspicious activity.
