Vikor Scientific Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

February 9, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Vikor Scientific, following a notification filed with the Attorney General of California.

According to the filing, the incident involved a cybersecurity event at a third-party vendor that provided services to Vikor Scientific and related diagnostic laboratories. The vendor identified unauthorized access to a server between November 8 and November 9, 2025, during which certain data files were copied without authorization. The investigation was completed on December 12, 2025.

The information potentially involved varies by individual and may include names and other personal identifiers, as well as additional sensitive information contained in explanation of benefits records.

Vikor Scientific reported that there is no evidence at this time of identity theft or fraud related to the incident. Affected individuals are being offered complimentary identity theft protection services, including credit monitoring, identity recovery assistance, and insurance coverage.
