Vest Tube, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (August 1, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving Vest Tube, LLC, which was reported to the California Attorney General following the unauthorized access of sensitive information during a cybersecurity incident in February 2025.
According to the notice, Vest Tube discovered that an unauthorized actor accessed and extracted files from a limited number of systems in its network between February 14–15, 2025. A subsequent forensic investigation revealed that the stolen files included personal information belonging to individuals, including names and other data elements, depending on the individual affected.

As part of its response, Vest Tube is offering 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services through Experian IdentityWorks, which includes daily credit monitoring, $1 million in identity theft insurance, fraud resolution support, and extendCARE™ restoration coverage.
