The Shubert Organization, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

March 30, 2026 – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data security incident involving The Shubert Organization, Inc. following a notification filed with the Attorney General of California.

According to the notice, on or about January 19, 2026, an unknown cyber actor conducted a brute force attack that resulted in unauthorized access to certain customer accounts on the company’s Telecharge ticketing website.

The company determined that certain account-related information may have been accessed without authorization. In response, The Shubert Organization deactivated impacted accounts and recommended that individuals update passwords, particularly if reused across other services.

The company also reported that it took steps to secure its systems and is reviewing its security measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether The Shubert Organization maintained appropriate safeguards to protect consumer information and whether affected individuals may have legal claims.
