The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (October 8, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces an investigation into a data breach affecting The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), located at 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10281.
According to a filing with the Attorney General of Texas, ICE posted notice of a data breach on its website and also mailed letters to affected individuals. Approximately 432 Texans may have had their personal information compromised, including names, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license or government-issued identification numbers.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether ICE’s security practices met legal and industry standards for protecting sensitive personal data.
The compromised information may have included:
