Strategic Retail Partners (“SRP”) Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (October 9, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces an investigation into the data breach involving Strategic Retail Partners (“SRP”), headquartered at 85 Rio Grande Drive, Suite 200, Castle Rock, Colorado.
According to the notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine, SRP detected suspicious activity within its computer network on or around February 6, 2025. A forensic investigation later confirmed that unauthorized access occurred between February 3, 2025, and February 6, 2025, during which certain files were accessed and/or copied without authorization.
The information that may have been compromised includes individuals’ names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or state identification numbers, and financial account information. SRP began notifying affected individuals on October 8, 2025, including approximately 17 Maine residents.
In response, SRP reported that it took steps to secure its systems, notified law enforcement, and implemented additional safeguards. The company also offered affected individuals 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring services through TransUnion.
