SSA Holdings, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 18, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces an investigation into a data breach involving SSA Holdings, LLC, following the company’s filing of a data breach notification with the California Attorney General and written notices sent to affected individuals.
According to the notification, SSA Holdings identified unauthorized activity within its computer network and immediately launched an investigation with the assistance of external forensic specialists. The company also notified law enforcement. The investigation determined that an unauthorized individual gained access to portions of the company’s systems and, on September 15, 2025, obtained copies of certain files stored on the network.
Following a detailed data review completed on October 24, 2025, SSA Holdings determined that the files involved contained personal information belonging to certain individuals. The information affected varies by individual but may include names in combination with one or more additional sensitive data elements.
SSA Holdings has reported that it has strengthened its security safeguards and internal monitoring processes to help prevent similar incidents in the future. To support individuals impacted by the breach, the company is offering complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Kroll. These services include credit monitoring, identity theft restoration support, access to fraud specialists, and up to $1 million in identity fraud loss reimbursement. Impacted individuals have been provided activation instructions and a deadline to enroll.
SSA Holdings encourages affected individuals to remain vigilant by reviewing financial statements and credit reports for signs of fraudulent activity.
