Southern Graphics Inc. (“SGS & Co.”) Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 3, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving Southern Graphics Inc. (“SGS & Co.”).
According to a notice filed with the Maine Attorney General, SGS & Co. learned on December 2, 2024, of a cybersecurity incident that occurred on or about November 18, 2024, involving unauthorized access to certain of its IT systems. The company’s investigation, concluded in late July 2025, determined that an unauthorized party may have obtained personal information belonging to certain individuals.
Upon learning of the incident, SGS & Co. took steps to contain the unauthorized activity, proactively shut down certain systems, engaged third-party forensic experts, coordinated with law enforcement, and implemented additional cybersecurity enhancements.
SGS & Co. has offered affected individuals 24 months of complimentary identity monitoring services through Kroll, including triple bureau credit monitoring, fraud consultation, and identity theft restoration services.
