Solix, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (July 22, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving Solix, Inc., a New Jersey-based provider of program administration and eligibility determination services.
According to a data breach notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine, Solix, Inc. experienced an external hacking incident that occurred on March 24, 2025, and was discovered nearly three months later, on June 17, 2025. The breach reportedly impacted the personal information of 6,479 individuals.

Solix, Inc. began notifying impacted consumers by written correspondence on July 18, 2025. To mitigate potential harm, the company is offering 12 months of identity theft protection services through CyberScout, including credit monitoring and identity restoration support.
