Share Ourselves Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
January 6, 2026– Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Share Ourselves, following a notification filed with the Attorney General of California.
According to the notification, the incident arose from a cybersecurity breach at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a third-party vendor that provides billing-related services to healthcare providers, including Share Ourselves. TriZetto reportedly identified suspicious activity within its systems on October 2, 2025, and later informed Share Ourselves that patient information may have been affected.
The information potentially involved includes names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health insurance member numbers, provider and insurer information, and other demographic and health-related data. Share Ourselves indicated that financial account and payment card information were not involved and that affected individuals would receive additional information regarding available mitigation services.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether appropriate safeguards were in place to protect patient information, whether adequate vendor oversight was exercised, and whether affected individuals may have legal claims.
