S&H Transport Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 13, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving S&H Transport, a commercial transportation company headquartered at 728 North Broad Street, York, Pennsylvania. The organization filed a data breach notification with the Attorney General of Maine after determining that personal information had been compromised during a cybersecurity incident.

According to the notification, S&H Transport experienced an external system breach (hacking) on or about June 8, 2025, and discovered the incident on September 3, 2025. The company initiated an investigation, secured its systems, and began notifying affected individuals. Written notices were sent to consumers on November 12, 2025.

The information potentially exposed includes an individual’s name or other personal identifiers in combination with additional sensitive information.

To help protect those affected, S&H Transport is offering 24 months of complimentary identity theft protection services through Experian, which include credit monitoring and identity restoration support.

Federman & Sherwood is investigating the incident to determine whether S&H Transport took adequate measures to safeguard personal information and whether impacted individuals may be entitled to compensation, extended credit monitoring, or other legal remedies.

The compromised information may have included:

  • Full name
  • Social Security number
  • Other sensitive information
