(NYSE: DPLO). during the period from October 9, 2014 through November 2, 2016, and were damaged thereby; a settlement has been announced in the securities litigation known as Zimmerman v. Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc., Civ. No. 2:16-cv-14005-AC-SDD, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
