Score Sports Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 20, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into a data security incident involving Score Sports, following the company’s issuance of consumer notification letters on November 18, 2025.
According to the notification, Score Sports discovered suspicious activity related to its website on or about August 7, 2025. Upon detecting the activity, the company immediately secured the affected systems and engaged third-party cybersecurity specialists to assess the scope and nature of the incident. The investigation determined that information stored on the website was subject to unauthorized access between April 14, 2025, and August 19, 2025.
Following the investigation, Score Sports conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to identify affected individuals and determine the specific information involved. The company completed its effort to obtain current address information on September 17, 2025, and subsequently issued data breach notifications.
The notification advises individuals to remain vigilant, monitor financial accounts and credit reports, and make use of the free identity protection services offered.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Score Sports employed adequate data-security practices and whether affected individuals may be entitled to monetary damages or other relief. The exposure of names combined with payment card information places individuals at increased risk for fraud and identity theft.
