“On May 22, 2020,  the Honorable Judge Timothy D. DeGiusti, Chief United States District Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma, entered an Order granting final approval of the proposed class action settlement in the case Samsung Top-Load Washing Machine Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, Case No. 17-ml-2792-D.  On June 11, 2020, an objector, John Douglas Morgan, filed a notice appealing Judge DeGiusti’s Order granting final approval of the settlement.
