Safe Fleet Holdings, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (July 22, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving Safe Fleet Holdings, LLC, a Missouri-based commercial organization specializing in safety and productivity solutions for fleet vehicles.
According to a data breach notification recently filed with the Maine Attorney General, Safe Fleet Holdings, LLC experienced a significant cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to its external systems. The breach reportedly occurred on April 12, 2024, but was not discovered until May 27, 2025—over a year later. Following the investigation, the company determined that sensitive personal information had been compromised.
The breach affected 7,478 individuals. The compromised information includes individuals’ names or other personal identifiers in combination with undisclosed sensitive data elements. Affected individuals began receiving written notifications on July 18, 2025.
As part of its response, Safe Fleet Holdings is offering 12 months of credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through TransUnion.
