Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 16, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating the recent data breach involving Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing, headquartered in Concord, North Carolina.
According to the notification filed with the Maine Attorney General’s Office, the breach occurred on May 14, 2025, and was discovered on August 4, 2025. An external system breach (hacking) exposed sensitive personal information, including individuals’ names and other personal identifiers. The incident has impacted 13,632 individuals nationwide, including 6 residents of Maine.
Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing has notified affected individuals and is offering 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through TransUnion. Written notifications were distributed beginning September 12, 2025.
