Robert Arshagouni Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

August 6, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood, a national consumer protection law firm, is investigating the Robert Arshagouni data breach following a cybersecurity incident that may have compromised sensitive personal information.

According to the consumer notice filed with the California Attorney General, Robert Arshagouni became aware of a potential cybersecurity event and immediately launched an investigation. The investigation determined that, during January and February 2026, an unauthorized individual gained intermittent access to certain systems and the information stored on those systems. A review of the affected data was completed to determine what information was involved and which individuals were impacted.

According to the notice, the information potentially involved includes names and Social Security numbers. As a precaution, affected individuals are being offered 12 months of complimentary IDX credit monitoring services at no cost. The enrollment deadline is November 5, 2026.

Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Robert Arshagouni implemented reasonable cybersecurity safeguards to protect the sensitive personal information entrusted to its care and whether additional security measures could have prevented this incident.

The exposure of names and Social Security numbers may significantly increase the risk of identity theft, tax fraud, financial fraud, and other forms of misuse. Individuals who receive notice of a data breach are encouraged to monitor their financial accounts, review their credit reports, and remain vigilant for suspicious activity.

Individuals who received a notification regarding the Robert Arshagouni data breach are encouraged to enroll in the complimentary credit monitoring services before the enrollment deadline.

The potentially compromised information may include:

  • Names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Other sensitive information
