Reimagine Network Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

According to a filing with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Reimagine Network reported that 4,799 individuals were affected by a hacking/IT incident that occurred on its network server. The breach was submitted to regulators on August 29, 2025.
