R3 Government Solutions, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (October 23, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving R3 Government Solutions, LLC (“R3”), a consulting and professional services firm that provides government contracting and management solutions. According to the data breach notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine, R3 experienced a network security incident that may have exposed sensitive personal information of current and former employees.
On September 21, 2025, R3 detected suspicious activity within its network and immediately initiated an investigation. Independent cybersecurity experts were retained to assist in assessing the situation. The investigation revealed that a limited number of HR-related documents may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. Out of an abundance of caution, R3 is offering affected individuals 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company.
