People’s Community Clinic Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 22, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving People’s Community Clinic, which was reported to the Office of the Texas Attorney General.

According to the filing, People’s Community Clinic disclosed that certain personal and sensitive information belonging to Texas residents may have been compromised. The information reportedly affected includes individuals’ names, addresses, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, and dates of birth. The filing indicates that approximately 1,788 Texans were impacted by the incident.

The notification was published on December 19, 2025. According to the Attorney General filing, affected individuals were not notified at the time of publication.

Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether People’s Community Clinic implemented reasonable and appropriate cybersecurity safeguards to protect sensitive personal and health information, whether the incident could have been prevented, and what legal rights may be available to affected individuals.
