OnTrac Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (August 28, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating the recent data breach reported by OnTrac, which was filed with the Attorney General of Maine.

According to the notification, OnTrac detected suspicious activity within its computer network between April 13 and April 15, 2025. Following an investigation with third-party forensic specialists, it was determined that certain files may have been accessed without authorization.

OnTrac has stated that it has implemented additional security measures and engaged cybersecurity experts to strengthen its systems. The company is also offering affected individuals 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Cyberscout.
