Myers Auto Group Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 8, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a recently disclosed data breach involving Myers Auto Group, headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.

According to a filing with the Attorney General of Maine, Myers Auto Group reported that on May 10, 2025, an unauthorized third party accessed portions of its computer network. The company discovered the incident on June 23, 2025, and later confirmed that the breach exposed sensitive personal information belonging to over 4,200 individuals nationwide, including 3 Maine residents.

On September 10, 2025, Myers Auto Group began mailing written notices to affected individuals. To help protect victims from potential identity theft, the company is offering one year of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through Experian IdentityWorks.

Myers Auto Group has stated it engaged third-party cybersecurity experts, notified law enforcement, and is taking additional steps to secure its systems.
