MARD, Inc. f/k/a/ KIOR, Inc. – Settlement Notice

To: All persons and/or entities who purchased common stock in MARD, INC. f/k/a KIOR, INC. (“KIOR”) during the period from June 24, 2011 to March 17, 2014, and were damaged thereby; a settlement has been announced in the securities litigation known as Carlton, et al., v. Cannon, et al., Case No. 4:15-cv-00012 (S.D. Tex.), and the severed action Berry v. KiOR, Inc., et al., Case No. 4:13-cv-02443 (S.D.Tex.) (which was the name of the case when it was originally filed) (collectively, the “Actions”).
