Mainline Health Systems, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (June 24, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach recently disclosed by Mainline Health Systems, Inc., based in Monticello, Arkansas.
According to information filed with the Attorney General of Maine, Mainline Health Systems experienced a significant cybersecurity incident on or about April 10, 2024, which led to unauthorized access to its network. On May 21, 2025, the organization confirmed that certain files containing sensitive personal information had been subject to unauthorized access or acquisition.
While the full scope of the breach is still being assessed, the compromised data is reported to potentially include names and addresses and may include other protected personal information. Mainline Health Systems has not found evidence that the accessed information has been misused but has nonetheless offered affected individuals complimentary IDX identity protection services, including 12 months of credit and CyberScan monitoring, a $1 million insurance reimbursement policy, and identity theft recovery support.
Mainline has also stated that it is enhancing its data security protocols and monitoring tools in response to the breach.
