Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 8, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving MAG DS Corp., doing business as MAG Aerospace, following the company’s recent filing with the Texas Attorney General.
A total of 316 Texas residents were affected. The compromised information includes names, addresses, Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial information, medical information, other personal identifiers, and dates of birth.
MAG Aerospace notified affected individuals by U.S. Mail, and the breach was published to the Texas Attorney General’s website on December 5, 2025.
