London Properties, Ltd. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (July 11, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving London Properties, Ltd., a real estate company headquartered in Fresno, California.
According to a notice filed with the Attorney General of California and sent to affected individuals, London Properties detected unauthorized activity on August 29, 2024, involving one of its accounting servers. The company immediately disconnected the affected server, notified law enforcement, and launched an internal investigation with the assistance of cybersecurity experts.
The investigation confirmed that a third party had gained unauthorized access to the accounting server, which contained personal information of current and former staff, vendors, real estate agents, brokers, and possibly others. The potentially compromised data may include names, home addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and banking information.
In response to the breach, London Properties implemented enhanced security measures, rotated credentials, and retained cybersecurity professionals to further investigate and monitor for ongoing threats. Affected individuals were offered a complimentary 12-month membership to Experian IdentityWorks® for fraud monitoring and identity theft protection.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating the incident to determine whether the company took adequate measures to protect sensitive information and to assess the legal rights of those affected.
