Lincoln Holdings LLC d/b/a Monumental Sports & Entertainment Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
April 28, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Lincoln Holdings LLC d/b/a Monumental Sports & Entertainment following a notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine.
According to the notice, the organization detected unusual activity within its systems on or about December 9, 2025. An investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to systems and removed copies of certain data between December 8 and December 9, 2025.
Following a review completed on or about April 7, 2026, the organization determined that personal information may have been impacted. The types of information involved vary by individual but may include sensitive personal data maintained within the affected systems.
Lincoln Holdings reported that it has taken steps to contain the incident, engaged cybersecurity experts, and is offering affected individuals twenty-four (24) months of complimentary identity monitoring services through Kroll, which include credit monitoring, fraud consultation, and identity theft restoration.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Lincoln Holdings LLC implemented appropriate cybersecurity safeguards and whether affected individuals may have legal claims.
