Lime Crime, Inc. – Settlement Notice

To: All potentially affected customers of Lime Crime, Inc. relating to the discovery of unauthorized malicious software on a server which stored certain personally identifiable information of Lime Crime, Inc.’s customers; a settlement has been announced in the securities litigation known as Koenig v. Lime Crime, Inc., Case No. 2:16-cv-00503-PSG, filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
