LGAA LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 11, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving LGAA LLC, headquartered at 136 W. University Blvd, Cedar City, Utah. The company filed a data breach notification with the Attorney General of Maine after discovering that personal information belonging to Maine residents was compromised in a cyberattack.
According to the notice, on February 20, 2025, LGAA detected suspicious activity within a limited portion of its computer network used temporarily for data migrations. The company took immediate action to secure its systems and initiated a thorough investigation. The review confirmed that an unauthorized actor may have copied files without permission, and LGAA completed its investigation on October 27, 2025, identifying impacted individuals.
The information potentially affected includes individuals’ names, driver’s license or state identification numbers, and credit or debit card numbers.
LGAA reports that it has taken steps to strengthen its cybersecurity safeguards and has removed the data from the temporary segment of its network to prevent further unauthorized access. The company is offering impacted individuals 12 months of complimentary identity monitoring services through TransUnion, which includes credit report monitoring, fraud alerts, and assistance services. A dedicated toll-free assistance line has been established for affected individuals seeking additional information or support.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether LGAA LLC implemented adequate data protection measures and whether affected individuals may be entitled to compensation, extended identity protection, or other legal remedies.
