KMS Solutions, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
January 19, 2026– Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving KMS Solutions, LLC, following a notification filed with the Maine Attorney General.
According to the notification, KMS Solutions identified suspicious system activity and initiated an investigation, which determined that certain information may have been accessed or acquired without authorization between November 27, 2025, and December 7, 2025. The company completed its review of the impacted data on or about December 31, 2025.

KMS Solutions reported that it has implemented additional safeguards and is offering complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services to affected individuals.
