Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (“ISSI”) Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 11, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (“ISSI”), following the company’s filing of a data breach notification with the California Attorney General.
According to the notice sent to affected individuals, ISSI identified evidence of unauthorized access to its network on June 30, 2025. The company immediately activated its incident response protocols, engaged external cybersecurity advisors, and notified law enforcement. The investigation determined that a third party accessed a limited number of ISSI’s server environments, including a file server that contained personal information. A comprehensive data review concluded on November 4, 2025, confirming that certain files were subject to unauthorized access or acquisition.
The personal information involved may include individuals’ names in combination with one or more data elements, such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license information, financial account information, or other identifying details. The specific information affected varied by individual.
ISSI stated that, while the incident was limited in scope, the company has implemented enhanced technical and administrative safeguards to further protect its systems. ISSI is also offering affected individuals complimentary identity monitoring services for a set duration through Epiq Privacy Solutions ID, which includes credit monitoring, dark web monitoring, identity theft insurance, and dedicated fraud resolution support.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. took adequate steps to secure the personal information of those impacted and whether affected individuals may be entitled to compensation or additional identity protection benefits.
