January 13, 2026–Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Harmony Health Medical Clinic and Family Resource Center, following a notification filed with the Attorney General of California.
According to the notification, Harmony Health was informed of a data security incident involving TriZetto Provider Solutions, a third-party insurance clearinghouse. An unauthorized actor reportedly accessed certain records between November 2024 and October 2, 2025.
