GrayRobinson, P.A. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
April 28, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving GrayRobinson, P.A. following a notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine.
According to the notice, GrayRobinson detected unauthorized access to its network on or about March 24, 2025. An investigation determined that an unauthorized individual may have accessed or removed certain files between March 5, 2025, and March 24, 2025.
Following a detailed review completed on or about April 13, 2026, the firm determined that personal information may have been contained within the impacted files. The information potentially involved includes individuals’ names along with additional personal data elements.
GrayRobinson reported that it has no evidence of misuse of the affected information at this time. As a precaution, the firm is offering affected individuals complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Experian IdentityWorks.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether GrayRobinson, P.A. implemented reasonable data security safeguards and whether affected individuals may have legal claims.
