GlobalLogic Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 11, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving GlobalLogic Inc., following the company’s filing of a data breach notification with the Attorney General of Maine.

According to the notification, GlobalLogic identified a data security incident that may have resulted in unauthorized access to personal information belonging to certain individuals. Upon discovery, the company initiated an investigation and worked with external cybersecurity experts to assess and contain the breach. A review determined that personal information was impacted and GlobalLogic began notifying affected individuals in early November 2025.

The affected information may include individuals’ names and other personal identifiers, along with additional sensitive information. To help protect affected individuals, GlobalLogic is offering 24 months of complimentary Triple Bureau Credit Monitoring, Credit Report, and Credit Score services provided through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company specializing in fraud assistance and remediation.

Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether GlobalLogic took adequate measures to secure the personal information in its possession and whether affected individuals may be entitled to compensation, additional credit protection, or other remedies under the law.

The compromised information may have included:

  • Full name
  • Social Security number
  • Other sensitive information
