Gale Associates, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 16, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating the recent data breach involving Gale Associates, Inc., headquartered in Rockland, Massachusetts.
According to a filing with the Maine Attorney General’s Office, Gale Associates, Inc. discovered on June 6, 2025, that it had experienced an external system breach (hacking) that occurred on June 4, 2025. The incident exposed sensitive personal information of individuals, including names and other personal identifiers.
The breach impacted at least 9 Maine residents who have been directly notified. On September 12, 2025, Gale Associates, Inc. issued written notifications to affected individuals. The company is offering 12 months of complimentary TransUnion credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.
