Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
February 2, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, following a notification filed with the Maine Attorney General.
According to the filing, the incident occurred on or about October 23, 2025, and was discovered on October 27, 2025. The filing describes the event as an “other” type of breach and indicates that certain personal information may have been accessed or acquired without authorization. Fried Frank reported that approximately 46,602 individuals were affected nationwide, including 72 Maine residents.
The information potentially involved includes names or other personal identifiers in combination with additional sensitive data.
