Form Energy, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 5, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into a data breach involving Form Energy, Inc., following the company’s filing of a data breach notification with the California Attorney General and notices that were issued to affected individuals.
According to the notification, Form Energy experienced a data security incident that may have resulted in unauthorized access to certain personal information.
