Federman & Sherwood Is Appointed Lead Counsel and Successful in Permitting Class Action to Move Forward

On July 22, 2019, Judge Terrence C. Kern agreed with the objecting class members that a proposed settlement was inadequate and denied the Settling Plaintiffs’ Joint Motion for Final Approval of Settlement Agreement in the case styled Jeter, et al. v. Bullseye Energy, Inc., et al., (United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma), Case No. 12-cv-411-TCK-FHM.
