Oklahoma City, OK (April 8, 2020) – Federman & Sherwood, a boutique litigation law firm, is investigating failures by employers to exercise reasonable care in keeping a safe and healthy work environment for employees, customers and guests from contracting the COVID-19 virus knowing the high risk of infection and exposure at stores.

Some stores failed to implement or enforce guidelines or to provide adequate protective equipment such as effective masks, gloves and other safety devices.

Some stores failed to warn of possible exposure to COVID-19 or failed to follow adequate guidelines to keep stores and work places in a safe and healthy condition.
