Yes Communities, Inc. Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates

Oklahoma City, OK (March 4, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Yes Communities, Inc. (“Yes Communities”) for data breach. On February 24, 2025, Yes Communities filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Texas. Yes Communities experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between December 9, 2024, and December 11, 2024. Yes Communities immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Yes Communities network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On February 24, 2025, Yes Communities began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Full Name
• Address
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
• Financial Account Information
• Other sensitive information
