VectraRx Mail Pharmacy Services LLC Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates

Oklahoma City, OK (February 7, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Ace Hardware Corporation with respect to their recent data breach. VectraRx Mail Pharmacy Services LLC, which provides home delivery of medications for on-the-job and personal injury claims, recently disclosed a data breach that may have compromised sensitive information belonging to certain individuals. On December 13, 2024, VectraRx detected unusual activity on one of its servers, prompting an investigation in collaboration with a third-party cybersecurity expert. The investigation revealed that unauthorized individuals potentially accessed and copied data stored by the company. A review of the impacted data was completed by January 7, 2025, identifying those whose information might be at risk in the VectraRx data breach. The compromised data includes names, dates of birth, prescription numbers, prescription information, dates of service and potentially Social Security numbers. VectraRx is mailing data breach notices to affected individuals.
