Oklahoma City, OK (January 2, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into The Kendal Corporation with respect to their recent data breach. On June 30, 2024, The Kendal Corporation observed unusual activity on its computer network and immediately began an investigation with the assistance of third-party specialists. The investigation determined that certain filed on The Kendal Corporation’s network were potentially accessed without authorization between June 26, 2024, and June 30, 2024. The files at issue included information related to current and former employees of The Kendal Corporation and its affiliate care communities. The following personal information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, account number and credit or debit card number.
