Oklahoma City, OK (December 18, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into The Alcohol & Drug Testing Service with respect to their recent data breach. The Alcohol & Drug Testing Service reported a data breach to the Texas Attorney General’s website on December 17, 2024. According to the report, the Alcohol & Drug Testing Service data breach may have exposed consumers’ names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers. Formerly known as Texas Alcohol and Drug Testing Service, the company provides alcohol and drug testing services, including for employers regulated by the Department of Transportation.
