(November 14, 2024) Federman & Sherwood investigates TEAM Software for data breach. On October 24, 2024, TEAMS Software filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts. TEAM Software experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on July 26, 2024. TEAM Software immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the TEAM Software network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. Upon completing the investigation, TEAM Software began sending out data breach notification letters to all individuals whose information was affected by the recent data security incident.

• Social Security Number
• Medical Information
• Other sensitive information

TEAM Software is a software company based in Omaha, Nebraska. TEAM Software specializes in creating financial, operations and workforce management solutions for service contractors with distributed workforces.
