Federman & Sherwood Investigates SysInformation Healthcare Services, Inc. for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (November 4, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into SysInformation Healthcare Services, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On April 17, 2024, SysInformation Healthcare Services, Inc. filed a notice with the Attorney General of Montana after discovering that an unauthorized party accessed confidential information stored on the company’s computer network. An investigation was launched and it was determined that the following personal information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, government identification number, date of birth, driver’s license number, electronic signature, financial account information, health insurance information, medical information, mother’s maiden name and passport information.
