Star Solution Services, Inc. Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates

Oklahoma City, OK (February 6, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Star Solution Services, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On March 11, 2024, Star Solution discovered suspicious activity in its network. Star Solution immediately took steps to secure its systems and launched an investigation into the nature and scope of the event with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists. The investigation determined that between March 10, 2024, and March 14, 2024, an unknown actor gained access to certain systems on Star Solution’s network and acquired certain files from these systems. In response, Star Solution thoroughly reviewed the affected files in order to identify what information was contained therein and to whom that information relates. Star Solution completed its comprehensive review and confirmed that information relating to certain individuals was present in the affected files. The information that could have been subject to unauthorized access includes name, and Social Security number.
